Event Registrations and Program Fees
Event Registration Refunds
Each event will have its own refund policy. If an event is canceled by Project Homefront, participants will be offered a full refund or the option donate their registration to Project Homefront.
Membership Fees
Membership fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, although the time required for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Recurring Donations
Donors may cancel recurring donations at any time by contacting us or using the cancellation method provided through our donation platform.
Cancellation of a recurring donation does not automatically entitle the donor to a refund of previously processed donations.
