This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

 

Donations

All donations made to Project Homefront are considered voluntary contributions made to support our charitable mission.

 

Donation Refund Requests

We will consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

• A donation was made in error.

• An incorrect donation amount was entered.

• A duplicate donation was submitted.

• The donation was made without the donor's authorization.

 

To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of the donation date and provide:

• Donor name

• Donation date

• Donation amount

• Contact information

• Reason for the refund request

 

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

 

Event Registrations and Program Fees

Event Registration Refunds

Refund requests for paid events must be submitted at least 5 days before the event date.

• Requests received before the deadline may receive a full or partial refund.

• Requests received after the deadline may not be eligible for a refund.

• If an event is canceled by Project Homefront, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.

Membership Fees

Membership fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

 

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, although the time required for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

 

Recurring Donations

Donors may cancel recurring donations at any time by contacting us or using the cancellation method provided through our donation platform.

Cancellation of a recurring donation does not automatically entitle the donor to a refund of previously processed donations.
